Apostle Tosin Oke 

I have been around for a while. I started ministering since my high school days in 1987. I have had experience in the rain, Sun, indoors and outdoor for ministry. I have pioneered outreach teams that operated for a while. We saw good results. If you are one of those results and still alive and standing, let me hear from you. I was, majorly, a man of GOD that travels and ministers in places based on invitations. I only circulated within a limited field (some states) in the country Nigeria and was not in any way connected to any popular names. That was the way heaven wanted it. I have seen manifestations of the power of GOD in various dimensions as I ministered, though were not heavily broadcast in the country. I pioneered a small Church for a while, before I was led to disband and proceed to full travelling ministry. I kept getting invitations to minister here and there and things went well. I had no ministerial structure, because I was not led to set up one yet, though GOD raised few spiritual sons and daughters for me who financially supported me and were also there for me. Some campuses opened up to me and I was a regular speaker in one of them at their various gatherings. Some of the young men were quite close to me and cherished me. 

Of course, evil forces made several moves to destroy me and my ministry (the normal thing for them) but GOD saved me from them all. They made many attempts; too numerous to mention, but they all failed. The forces of darkness both on ground in this world and in various dimensions, have command structures where they receive information about true believers in CHRIST and true men and women of GOD. They knew you before coming after you. Many of those sitting in your congregation clapping and singing, pretending to love you, will accurately tell you your ancient history that even you don't know. Many arrows both day and night were dispatched against me, agents came and went, conspiracies here and there, etc. Thank GOD for HIS Mercies, HE saved me from them all. All glory to HIS name alone. They were not only after the small size of the ministry, but also out to sabotage the future glory of the ministry meant to set many free from captivity. They did everything they could to set me up with scandals of a dimension that will forever destroy my reputation and my ministry. Moves I couldn't have fallen for anyway, their so called traps never appealed to me. They were too desperate about it, I noticed and was baffled. Many of their traps bordered on outright disdain and envy, same for all living holy and truly serving GOD. They couldn't hide it. All glory to GOD, I am still here. 

A ministry door opened for me in a campus in 2007. I ministered and the report was loud. It went places. Multiple doors, even to international levels were to be opened for me when the enemy stepped in. The rest is history. The present state of many believers and the Church helped them a lot. I had no personal ministerial structure, but depended on invitations, all they had to do was use diverse strategies to block those invitations and I was rendered immobile. This is why most of you have never heard of me nor see me on posters and billboards. I was not organising programmes and invitations were no more forthcoming. I survived by faith. They didn't stop there, they started sabotaging all my attempts to get married and they had success. This is why I am still single till date, though my agemate kids are now grown up. They proceeded to dispatch their spirits of lust in human forms after me, their mode of operation clearly showed they were devils. You don't even need any vision to know who they are. Other attempts were made, even with cursed wealth (it never reached me), but failed. The trap they were trying to set for me (something I had no interest in), others foolishly went to fall into it and were destroyed. They thought they knew better. I am still standing. All glory to GOD. Of course, heaven is aware of all these. GOD sees all. 

My sincere advice to all true men of GOD that might still be standing is this, if you can't suffer for GOD and prayerfully fight the negative heredity in your blood (a big battle), if you can't give and make sacrifices for GOD, if you can't wait for GOD'S time and obey GOD through thick and thin, if you can't pray against and avoid evil gifts; don't attempt GOD'S work, you will be destroyed. 

Fortunately, the Internet is available and I concentrated on ministering online for years. I noticed a conspiracy to ensure I am discouraged by them making sure people do not respond to me, I was not perturbed, I kept going. Thank GOD for sites that welcomed me. 

WHAT WE MUST DO

You will all agree with me that for the sake of many captives still out there and also because of you my reader, we must move beyond online ministry to face to face ministry to have a direct taste of the anointing and GOD'S Mercy. The following, logically, must be done.

1. My own private ministerial structures must be set up to help me start organising my own programmes in different places. Not everybody have time for the Internet. While we are sitting, the enemy is out there on the field destroying lives. We must move. 

2. Workers that will work with me must come forth. 

3. True finance must emerge. 

WORLD PRAYER AND POWER CENTERS

To facilitate this, I was led to announce the vision for Prayer and Power Centers in different parts of the world, where I can come and minister to people face to face. This will be my own ministry under my apostleship. I can then launch out and continue my travelling ministry. Since it must be under GOD, it must be established by GOD in HIS own way and time. I believe it is yet to take off because the time was not yet ripe. 

Just like every genuine work of GOD, evil forces will fight it, concentrated prayers will birth it. I strongly sense a spiritual conspiracy to hinder it, thus my making this call. 

LET PRAYER WARRIORS ARISE

From my experience so far in ministry, I know you don't establish such a work without adequate prayer cover. We must do this together. You and I don’t know how the vision will come to pass, only GOD knows, let us call on HIM together. These are the immediate steps we must take. 

1. From now till the work takes off, take one day in a week to fast and pray for the vision of World Prayer and Power Centers. Choose any day you like and the fasting and prayer period convenient for you. I mean, you may break by 12:00noon, 3pm or 6pm according to your ability. 

2. These are the prayer points. 

A. Declare 

St. Matthew 18:19. KJV 

Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 

Tell GOD this, "me and others want prayer and power centers under Apostle Oke by your mercy". Ask that GOD will establish World Prayer and Power Centers in all locations HE desires worldwide. 

B. Declare 

St. Mark 11:23. KJV

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 

Command the work to come into existence and decree that all oppostions to it should die. 

C. Declare

Romans 9:15-16. KJV

For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. 

Ask that GOD will show us mercy and bring the vision to pass in line with HIS own counsel. 

D. Declare

St. John 14:14. KJV

If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. 

Ask that GOD will make all the finances available. 

E. Pray that GOD will raise and bring all the people and instruments HE will use for the work. 

F. Declare

Revelation 3:7. KJV

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 

Pray that all the doors that must open to bring the vision to pass begin to open, all doors shut against it begin to open. 

G. Declare

Psalms 33:1-11. KJV

Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. 

Declare the above over me, yourself, the vision and all aspects of the ministry, including the vision and finances of World Prayer and Power Centers. 

H. Pray other prayer points as the LORD will lead you. 

WATCH FOR UPDATES

Start praying immediately, even in all your private prayer sessions. This is a non stop chain prayers I am setting up for this work. Play your part for the good of us all. These prayers should not stop until we begin to see their physical manifestations. Also watch out here for more updates as regards this issue. START PRAYING. 

Let's keep the chain prayers going. If you are yet to join, read the instructions above and join. I wish to call your attention to an area we also need to focus in prayers. I call it a stronghold of evil operation we need to attack spiritually and by positive action. This, we must join to our prayers in the way I will outline later. We need to first understand the issue so as to act appropriately.  Let me explain from my experience in ministry so far. 

MY EXPERIENCE

As I wrote earlier, I got born-again early in secondary school, after series of encounters with the LORD in prayers and reading books, exposing me to various ministry operations in different parts of the world even at that young age, I was led as a young boy to gather fellow secondary school fellowships in the city together under one umbrella association. To summarize the long story, it succeeded and I was made the President of the short-lived association (boys and girls left school and went different ways). Fortunately, a few of us who formed the executive body (all boys), from different schools, didn't get admission into higher institutions immediately. We had some months free, some were delayed by a year or two before proceeding to higher institutions. We became close friends. I had the vision of an outreach team to schools and young people, I shared it and an outreach team called Youth for Christ Outreach Team was born. 

I was already on the mailing list of some international evangelists and ministries in different parts of the world and was receiving their ministry books, magazines, tracts, Bible, letters, tapes, etc, on regular basis. Some I still remember are Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Evangelist Billy Graham, Dr David Yonggi Cho, T.L Osborne (if I remember correctly), Voice of the Christian Martyrs, etc. Of course they probably had no idea a young boy in Nigeria was receiving their materials, I simply requested by mail (post office P.O.Box back then) and their mail team simply added my name to the mailing list. They probably never heard my name. I read many other books, attended many crusades and conferences in my city (no chance to travel), watched lots of Church programmes on TV (not many those days), etc, and I was fired up. The vision was burning in me. 

I divided my team into prayers, publicity, mobilisation, treasury, counselling, etc, units. We were not many, but enough to do the job. We prayed like mad and moved into schools. Doors opened to us. We were all young boys that just left high schools and were school fellowship leaders while we were in school, therefore, we were familiar with school terrain. We approached school authorities in prayers and they cooperated with us. They released the school halls to us free of charge, some allowed us to use the school instruments that school boys played for the programme. In other places we rented instruments to use. Some among us could play musical instruments. They even went further by making regular announcements at daily morning school assemblies to hundreds of students (we were in many big achools). We mobilised school fellowships to submerge the school in massive publicity. We printed cheap handbills from the little we had or offerings we collect at school programmes, those with fine art skills used crayons and water colours to produce posters we pasted all over the schools. One of us was very good at design by hand. We raised prayer teams, publicity teams, etc, from school fellowship members and excos. We had about one or two prayer teams fasting and praying every day until the crusade and even throughout the crusade. We were all young boys and girls.  It always held on a Friday, immediately after school closing. The halls were always packed full or almost packed full. I was the preacher back then at all the school crusades. It was the result in Salvation (strong conviction of sin with tears and cries), deliverance (evil spirits manifested and were cast out) healings, instant baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT, etc, that ignited my ministry and opened doors of ministry to me in places and Churches. One of those that rededicated her life to JESUS in one of the school crusades we held in her school later got close to me, that led us into courtship as we journeyed into higher institution. All that is history now. 

WHY THE STORY ?

One thing I learnt back then was that GOD gave me favour as far as crowd pulling is concerned. I also learnt it takes real spiritual warfare to actualize that favour. Evil forces will do all they can to block people who can set captives free. I know the battles we fought in serious prayers before each programme. Some schools initially  drove us away, but after prayers, received us. I later held an all schools combined crusade for two days and the crowd was overflowing. Students gathered from many schools. I later relocated to another state for about a year where the same feat was repeated in about 11 schools, with another set of young boys and girls as my outreach team members. Many of the students and converts back then are now ministers of the Gospel in different parts of this country Nigeria and beyond. Many of my spiritual products back then are in various Churches and ministries in leadership positions today.  I still stumble on information about some of them i knew once in a while. 

THE BATTLE. 

Apart from diverse moves of darkness against me since then (I started gathering experience early in life), over the years, I have noticed strong resistance rise against me whenever I step into places to gather crowd. I proceeded to higher institution in the early 90s and was deliberately blocked from operating on campus, though I kept travelling to minister in Churches and places off campus. After careful observation, even in recent events, I noticed a deliberate spiritual orchestration to keep people away from my anointing and the grace of GOD upon my life to deliver people. Programmes meant for me were sabotaged. Scandals were attempted to destroy my reputation. Lies to rubbish my image and reduce me before the Church were spread. I wrote lots of letters with no response till date. Lots of evil spirits were dispatched to ensure I never get response from people, many other strategies were employed to sabotage me reaching people and having people reaching me. Once some people start responding, they suddenly cease responding without any reason. The forces of darkness operated a strategy called in my language "ę gbodo da lohun", meaning "nobody must respond to him, cut him off". It is a spiritual operation of darkness they have used to kill many ministries and would be great ministers until they forgot or abandoned the vision GOD gave them. I also noticed a constant attempt to cause quarrel between me and people here and there, even when I have nothing ministry doing with them, just normal day to day stuffs. 

IF ALL THESE EVIL MOVES ARE NOT PROPERLY CHALLENGED IN PRAYERS, IT HAS THE POTENTIAL OF SABOTAGING WOULD BE GREAT MINISTRIES. 

They employ this same strategy to crash people in business and in other areas of their lives. They can use evil spirits in people, use people's parents, siblings, friends, etc, to keep people away from you and your business until it crashes. 

MY APPRECIATION 

Unfortunately for the enemy, there are many of you GOD has raised to spread this work; if I am yet to meet you, I will love to, reach out to me. Keep up the good work, let nothing stop you. GOD sees you. 

WHAT WE MUST DO.

Those who attack ministries in such manners simply do it to ensure people are not set free from yokes and diverse afflictions, others do so out of selfish purposes (probably agents of darkness making money from fake Church business). Join me to kill this move against my ministry. Refer to our chain fasting and prayers in the previous "Let's Open The Door" , pick your own day if you have not done so before and add these prayers immediately. 

1. Read this scriptures to GOD. 

St. Matthew 4:18-22. KJV

And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him. And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him. 

St. Matthew 4:25. KJV 

And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan. 

Pray that JESUS will once again do the same for me and this ministry HE gave me. 

2. Pray to die all manner of moves of darkness to cut me away from people and keep people away from me. 

3. Open to, 

The Acts 5:14. KJV.

And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.) 

Ask that the LORD who did this will also do same for me and this ministry. 

4. The major reason the wicked ones do all these is to ensure people are not exposed to true anointing that can deliver them. This includes you too. Pronounce this judgement against all persons involved in such things against me and my ministry. Quote 

Proverbs 26:27. KJV

Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him. 

and pray that : 1 All their plans should backfire on them, 2. The same kinds of afflictions in people, places and things they want to ensure people are not delivered from becomes their own and manifest in them. 

5. Declare this before heaven. 

"In JESUS NAME, we as a people and I also as a person, willingly identify with the call and ministry of Apostle Tosin Oke, therefore HOLY SPIRIT move me and others to be part of the work, everything holding me and others back from him and the work GOD has given to him, die by fire." 

6. Quote 

Psalms 97:1-3. KJV

The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof. Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. 

"Let fire emerge from the throne room and consume everything holding people and resources away from Apostle Tosin Oke and the ministry GOD has given him." Take your time with that prayer point. 

7. LORD, let your wind of mercy blow over this world once again giving all the chance to be saved and delivered. Quote 

Romans 9:15-16. ĶJV. 

For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

Ask divine mercy to bring all the above prayers to pass. 

UPDATE 2

Thank GOD for all those who have joined this call. You might not see the result yet, but things are actually changing for good. All glory to GOD. We expect the tangible evidence in GOD'S time. I know our prayers are working because the enemy is getting desperate with their counter strategies. I have also noticed this even in the free gift I share once a week. This is why we need to raise this prayer force to over a thousand. I earnestly wish we can have about ten thousand praying for me and this work globally. Read the previous call and update 1, join the prayer chain if you are yet to do so. Let me briefly explain why we need to raise the number of prayer warriors praying for this work globally. 

THE REASON 

Beloved, there are diverse levels of warfare. Examples : Toddlers and small children fight among themselves. Such fights are often quite funny and hardly last. Siblings quarrel too, but often settle their differences in the house. Those are petty fights. Husbands and wives fight too, often minor or get messy. Neighbours fight, family members fight, friends fight, etc. These are still low level fight compared to when communities fight communities, groups fight groups, cult rivalries, nations fight nations, etc. You will agree with me that different levels of warfare calls for different measures. You don't bring the military with heavy ammunition to settle husband and wife issue, one or two Policemen are enough for that. But when your country comes under invasion and attempted takeover, then you move out the full military power and unleash all available defence and offensive measures. 

Same in spiritual warfare. To be able to win in spiritual warfare, you must be able to accurately discern the level of warfare and the type of gang-ups against you. When you see the enemy deploying heavy spiritual artillery against you and you are still praying the same prayers you use to pray, you might become a casualty. Nations understand this, that is why the military of each nation want to outmatch one another in latest military might, power and ammunition. Prayers are like spiritual ammunition. There are some prayer points and scriptures that are meant for simple spiritual combats, while others are for heavy spiritual combats. When a spirit of bad thoughts is sending negative thoughts to your mind, a simple "I rebuke you in JESUS NAME" will do. But when hosts of darkness gather and mobilise in very large numbers and with diverse strategies against you, you need to change your warfare style. You must begin to unleash the heavy spiritual artillery scattered all over the scriptures. At times you marvel to read some of the prayers of David in Psalms, some are too deadly to be unleashed. When you read the story of David and the warfare he went through, the kind of wars he fought and the kind of enemies that rose up against him, you will understand. Read his Psalms and you will understand. Those were his life experience written in Psalms, no wonder the kind of prayers he prayed. Many Christians crash because they don't know how to switch prayer gear. They are fighting with water while the enemy is unleashing spiritual suicide bombers. My experience so far has shown me that spiritual suicide bombers exist. They die there. When those who die there come after you, you don't pray watery prayers. Ironically, these spiritual suicide bombers hate deadly prayers. They expect you to be gentle, let down your guard and always cooperate. Some will even go about complaining about your prayers. How strange ? Beloved, it is time to change our prayer gear. Why ? The enemy has changed gear. Let us move out some more with heavy spiritual artillery.  Since we cannot be sure who is who these days, I trust GOD, HE will raise HIS own prayer army. Just reach out to others in wisdom and as led by the Spirit of GOD only. 

ADDITIONAL PRAYERS FOR US

I want you, wherever you are, to add these to our ongoing prayer list. Start praying them now. 

1. Read Psalms 33:16-22 to GOD in prayers.

There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee. 

2. Read 2 Kings 6:17.

And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. 

Pray thus : LORD, open my eyes to see. LORD, time to crush the enemy.  Let the army of heaven on horses and chariots of fire that destroyed the enemies of Elisha move in to fight for me, for the Church and for this ministry.  

3. Read Psalms 20:6-9. Read it three times. 

Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call. 

Pray thus : LORD, intervene to save me, the Church and this ministry. 

4. Read Psalms 62:11. Read it twice. 

God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.

Pray thus : LORD, confirm that scriptures to the enemy over my life, over the Church and over this ministry. 

5. LORD, increase this prayer army. Raise more people to join our fold. 

Effective prayers is as led by the Spirit of GOD.
